Jim Kerr, Former President/Owner
Jim Kerr began his career in pest control during his early teen years, working alongside his father at the family business. Over the course of 68 years, he built a reputation as one of the most knowledgeable and dedicated professionals in the Philadelphia area. As president of Modern Exterminating & Termite Control Co., Jim led the company with integrity, a tireless work ethic, and a commitment to excellence that set the standard for generations to come.
Though Jim has passed, his legacy remains at the heart of the company. His leadership continues to inspire our team as we carry forward the values he lived by every day.
Scott Kerr, President
Following in the footsteps of his father, Scott Kerr also grew up with the business and strives to carry on with the family tradition of placing the customer first. Scott is responsible for the termite control and carpentry repair divisions and the ongoing development of the business. Scott can be reached at ext. 231.
David Earwood, Vice President
With a solid 22 years of experience in pest control in the Delaware Valley, Dave manages the day-to-day operations. From overseeing scheduling to employee accountability, Dave focuses on our customers' needs to ensure impeccable service. Debbie Kerr Earwood, Controller
